Job Purpose/Summary 

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Sales Trainee at Atyantik Technologies. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience, especially those who have completed an internship in sales or business development. You will undergo a structured 6-month training program focused on building key sales skills, understanding client communication, and working with online freelance platforms.  

After the training period, trainees will be evaluated based on their performance and offered full-time employment as per performance. A stipend and an attractive commission model will be applicable from the training period itself

Key Responsibility 

  • Lead Generation: Primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and generate potential leads using online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Truelancer, Freelancer, Guru, and others. 
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Atyantik’s agency profiles to ensure visibility and engagement. 
  • Support in drafting tailored proposals to convert leads into active opportunities. 
  • Engage with potential clients under guidance to understand their requirements and build rapport. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to draft basic estimates and scope documents. 
  • Learn to manage the sales funnel and track progress using CRM tools. 

Educational Background: 
  • Bachelor’s and/or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field."

Skills and Competencies: 
  • 0–1 year of experience (sales internships count as a plus) 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with a calm, polite, and persuasive communication style.  
  • Strong interest in sales and lead generation  
  • Willingness to work night shifts from the office 
  • Smart, patient, and proactive in approaching new clients. 
  • Ability to work under deadlines and across multiple time zones. 
  • Basic technical understanding of web, mobile, SaaS, and related technologies. 

Performance Expectations 

  • Bid Submission & Quality: Consistently submit a targeted number of high-quality bids daily, with proposals tailored to client needs. 
  • Proposal Effectiveness: Maintain a strong proposal-to-conversion ratio through compelling and relevant content. 
  • Client Communication: Ensure timely, professional, and persuasive communication that leads to discovery calls and closures. 
  • Revenue Contribution: Close a steady pipeline of projects contributing to monthly and quarterly revenue goals. 
  • Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with project managers and developers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and accurate. 
  • Professional Representation: Present Atyantik as a premium, full-service software agency during all client interactions. 
  • Reporting & Documentation:  Maintain thorough documentation and provide insights and reporting to improve overall business development strategy. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands 

  • Office-Based Role:  This is a strictly office-based role located at Atyantik Technologies’ headquarters in Vadodara. 
  • Standard Working Hours:  Flexibility required to match international time zones (US, UK, Germany, etc.). 
  • Travel Requirements:  Minimal travel required unless for client meetings or events.
